CIVIL ACTION ORDER FOR SERVICE OF PUBLICATION
Martha L. Delgado, plaintiff and Angel L. Chang, defendant. THIS MATTER having come to the attention to the court by way of plaintiff’s application, and it appearing upon a review of the certification of the plaintiff that service of process that cannot be affected within the State of New Jersey, and further appearance that after diligent inquiry and effort, defendant’s whereabouts are unknown; and it further appearing that there is not person who may be served in place of the defendant, and the Court have considered same and for good cause shown it is on this, 10th day of August 2022, ORDERED as follows: that within 30 days of the day of filing of the affidavit of publication with the Court, the defendant shall serve upon plaintiff, whose name and address appear above, either (1) a written appearance in accordance with 5: 4-3 (a), or (2) and answer the complaint on or before the day of 20, and if defendant fails to answer or file a written appearance in accordance with R: 4-3 Judgment by default may be rendered against the defendant for the release demanded in the complaint, and it is FURTHER ORDERED (1) that if the defendant is unable to obtain an attorney, that defendant may contact the lawyer referral service of the county of Union (Elizabeth, NJ). By calling _____and further that if the defendant cannot afford an attorney, the defendant may contact_________ by calling _____________________________.
(2) That the defendant shall promptly file of written appearance and proof of service thereof in duplicate with the Clerk of the Superior Court, Union County (Elizabeth, NJ), at Union Court House, Elizabeth, New Jersey, 2 Cherry Street, in accordance with the rules of civil practice and procedure.
